Wow, what a week it has been.
So I started classes at BTC last week. I have a more than full-time schedual, I'm still not sure that was a good idea. But, I'm stuck with it now. My class on Mondays has a great teacher, but the students are like the cast of Office Space. Tuesdays the teacher reminds me of Stuwart Smalley from old school SNL. "And gosh darn it, people like me!" Creepy. The other 4 classes are pretty normal.
I did manage to get some items listed on my Etsy site, www.modernmommagear.etsy.com
I'm super happy that I got my Wee Tot Cots done and listed.
Mike and I took the girls sledding on Sunday and it ended with Sam and I getting black eyes.
My sweet little Sam was trying to stop me and my sled from running down a little embankment into a creek. This was a real bad idea on her part. We knocked heads and both got shiners and I got a broken pair of sunglasses.
I'm looking forward to a wonderful week at school and possible doing some crafting this weekend. I have my eye on some of these super cute box pouches that I found here (http://modernquiltlove.wordpress.com/2009/07/14/perfect-box-pouch-tutorial/). Maybe I'll finally getting around to designing that purse that's been in my head for a couple of weeks now.
Until next time...

Sunday, Sunday, Sunday
My first blog posting, I feel giddy. It has been one of my New Year's goals to start blogging. Sooo...here I am. I have a goal of posting once a week, but I will have to see how it goes, with everything being so hectic here lately.
Sam has been back to school for a week and man, am I grateful for that! I wish that it wasn't so bitter cold out, so that I could send Sam and Chey out to play. They have been driving me completely bonkers!!!! I cannot wait to have a house with a big basement playroom!!! Leave me alone, I can dream can't I. :)
I have second semester starting tomorrow at BTC. I passed all my classes last semseter, including Pre-Algerbra (wooo hooo!!!!). Now, I'm looking forward to a semester of business law, intro to ethics and management principles. Super exciting stuff.
On the crafty front, I'm looking foward to making some bed wetting covers I got a tutoral for over at Hazelnuts (http://hazelnutgirl.blogspot.com/2009/09/how-to-make-waterproof-mattress.html). This project will hopefully save me from midnite sheet changes as Chey gets the hang of the big girl underoos.
Well I guess that this wraps up my first blog. Please feel free to leave feedback and let me know how I'm doing.
